Once the court has processed your dispossessory filing, you will receive an email notification including all case documents and your Connect2Court process server will instantly receive copies for service. Cases filed via Connect2Court are generally served within 48 hours of filing. You will receive a copy of the affidavit of service via email when it is signed and filed by your Connect2Court process server.

Once the case has passed the 7 day answer period, you will receive an email notification with instructions and a link to check for your tenant's answer. If you are eligible to move forward with applying for a Writ of Possession, you can click through to file a Writ with Connect2Court.
