What do the RealPage and Yardi integrations do?
They remove the need for manual data entry. When it's time to create notices each month, Connect2Court will automatically detect delinquent tenants, bring their data into your dashboard, and allow you to generate all notices with a few clicks.
Do the integrations improve data accuracy?
They do! The data on your notices will match exactly what is in your property management database. So as long as your system is updated, you no longer need to worry about grammatical errors, incorrect amounts on your notices, etc.
How does delivery tracking work?
Once our system has generated your notices, they will display in your "All Notices" dashboard. This dashboard includes fields like "Attempt 1 Date", "Attempt 1 Time", "Delivery Method", and more, which you will be prompted to update throughout the the process. This allows managers & owners to visually track status of each notice and ensure timely delivery with accurate returns of service.
How do Returns of Service work?
When your notices have been delivered, our system will ask for the delivery details and prompt you to enter your signature. All returns of service can be signed at once.
How do Govt. Assistance Affidavits work?
When the notice period expires, you will be notified and prompted to sign your Government Assistance affidavits for any cases you choose to proceed with. This is the last step in the process and will mark the notice as "Completed" in Connect2Court.
How do I get notices & Tenant data to my attorney?
All notice documents & tenant data can be downloaded with the click of a button so you can deliver to your attorney in their preferred method.
