Each month on your chosen date, you will receive an email containing your tenant delinquency report. Just select the tenants you'd like to file on and click "confirm". Based on your preference, Connect2Court will either:

1) Create all eviction documents for you to review, e-sign, and file with just a few clicks.

2) Send all tenant data to your attorney or agent for eviction filing.

Property management will receive a copy of the answer that has been filed with the court - allowing time to mitigate directly with the tenant instead of incurring additional legal fees by attending court.

STOP The Eviction

Untitled design (13).png

If a tenant does pay after the eviction case has been filed, Connect2Court allows you to stop the proceeding at any time. When they pay, you will receive an email giving you an option to either file a dismissal or notify your attorney or agent to do so. This not only stops a paid tenant from being served with an eviction case, but it can prevent property management from paying for filing, service, and other related items.
