Late Rent Notices
If you are in a state that requires the landlord to give notice before filing for eviction, you will receive an email each month on your chosen day listing all delinquent tenants. Here, you select the tenants you'd like to notify and click 'confirm' to generate all notice documents in a printable PDF document.
Proofs of Delivery
Once you have delivered all notifications to tenants, you can create and e-sign all proofs of service in seconds. These documents are stored in the C2C database so they can be included in the case filing if needed.
Initiate Eviction Case
Once the notice period has passed, you will receive another email listing all tenants that are still delinquent. Again, select the tenants you'd like to file on and click 'Submit'. This time your attorney or agent will receive a spreadsheet containing all delinquent tenant data along with their late notice proof of service (if required).
STOP The Eviction
If a tenant does pay after this date, you will receive an email with an option to notify your attorney or agent with a click. This not only stops a paid tenant from being served with an eviction case, but it can prevent property management from paying unnecessarily for filing, service, and other related items.
